Smart On Money was launched in May of 2010 as a place for me to talk about a topic that I love learning and sharing about, personal finance. While I’m not a financial professional I’ve written regularly on other sites about personal finance, investing, taxes and a variety of other topics. I decided it was time to start my own blog and write more regularly – and for myself! Hopefully this site will also be a place where we can all share our thoughts on money and relationships, and learn from each other’s experiences. So please join in the conversation!
I’m a 36 year old Christian Midwestern father of one son, and have been happily married for 8 years to my beautiful wife. I love playing tennis, shooting hoops, or taking part in the occasional flag football game. Of course, I love writing as well – writing for this site, and for several others – on a regular basis.
